Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring Lacrosse Season

Quick Styx Lacrosse will only refund registration fees in the case of a change of status of a player. Possible reasons for granting a refund include a change in the player's health, change of address outside of our boundaries, change in family status, or similar considerations. The amount of refund will be determined as follows: On or before the first day of the spring lacrosse season (as determined by WSLA), 100% of the total registration fee less a $25 administrative fee. After the start of the season, no refunds will be granted except for a change in the player's health status (including season-ending injuries) or a move outside of our boundaries. If a refund is granted, the amount of the refund will be prorated based on the length of the season remaining and will in no event be more than 50% of the registration fee less a $25 administrative fee.
